Well, where to start? I opened the microwave door and BUGGER! the edge clipped my Omega Speedmaster and CRASH! one broken Crystal. Contacted a company in Hatton Garden, who will remain nameless, ( Called Luxury watch repairs) Who said "Yes We can fit a new Crystal for you" sent the watch there, got an Email back with a quote for £1070. " We are a grade 2 Omega specialist and have to put it back to pristine condition, the watch is not functioning due to glass inside the movement( pack of lies, as the watch was working when I sent it and was working when I got it back, and they charged me£21 to get MY property back!)) I contacted Watchfinder and asked if they would fit a new crystal , "Yup we can do that, £130, we will also inspect and advise "there is an amount of glass in the movement which may cause a problem , what would you like us to do?) ( Paraphrased obviously) Just fit the new crystal and seal. All done, and it has had a clean, What more can I say, deal with crooks or deal with these people, your choice.

This was my first purchase from Watchfinder. It might NOT be my last! The staff were very helpful and the ordering process very straightforward with the confidence of a 14-day return period. The watch arrived next day securely packaged in branded packaging with a certificate of authenticity and you would be hard-pressed to know it was not brand new. My wife is delighted and so am I.
