It is a little disappointing reading a few reviews where customer's have visited a store and been offended by the request for I. D. Sadly there are a lot of unpleasant fraudulent scammers out there and measures are now required for all of our security. I made my purchase remotely by having a couple of watches in mind from the Website and requesting a call. I soon received a call from Russell Baldry whom was fantastic, pleasant and helpful throughout a very simple process. Although 10 years old, my watch arrived the next working day as if it were new. I had to work for 40 years before I was fortunate enough to make this purchase and I am absolutely thrilled. I highly recommend Russell and Watchfinder.
