From the point where I visited the website to search for the watch I was interested in to the handling of pre-purchase enquires, the customer care and attention has been great. My purchase was simple and easy, my watch arrived the following day and was pristine. And there was a post-purchased courtesy call to check how it was for me and if I had any questions. All in all, an excellent experience.
