Easy to navigate website with great images and details of what I was buying. Bought online in the evening and the next day received a phone call to comfirm purchase (which was great) and mailing address etc. The watch arrived the next day before 1pm as promised by signed courier. The watch itself was perfect, as described and in mint condition. I dont think these guys would deal with any low grade watches. This is my first purchase and they were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very, very happy.

Ordered a Tag Connected watch. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting and wasn’t suitable for the recipient. We contacted Watchfinder who were more than happy to exchange it for another. A very easy process. Great service.
